1. WHO WE ARE Einship is responsible for processing your personal data, which is used securely to provide solutions that optimize international logistics and foreign trade, as well as to help streamline your import and export operations.

COLLECTED DATA Data collected on the Einship website and Platform: · Registration Data (Full Name, Company, E-mail); · Navigation Data (IP address, location, accessed pages, time spent on the site, device type, and browser); · Professional identification data (representative's name, job title, company); · Corporate contact data (professional e-mail, phone number); · History of quotes, proposals, and operations carried out on the platform.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING We use your personal data for: · Execution of contracts: registration, service delivery, customer support; · Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations: your data is used to comply with legal obligations when necessary; · Security: fraud prevention and protection of our environments.

4. DATA SHARING Einship may share your Personal Data with: 4.1 Service providers and technology suppliers: companies that support the platform's operation, such as cloud services, marketing, and IT, which are contractually obligated to protect the data. 4.2 Other platform participants (Marketplace): to enable quote operations and freight contracting, the professional contact data of freight forwarders, carriers, and commercial representatives is made available to Einship's contracting clients within the platform environment, exclusively for the operational purposes described in this Notice. The use of this data outside the platform environment or for other purposes is prohibited by the Terms of Use.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER By operating with international logistics solutions, Einship may transfer your data outside of Brazil, especially when we use cloud services hosted abroad or international partner platforms. In such cases, we ensure the adoption of all necessary measures to guarantee the adequate protection of the information, in compliance with the LGPD. To reinforce this protection, Einship will use standard contractual clauses and agreements, as recommended by the competent authorities. Our Privacy Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure continuous compliance with the LGPD and other applicable laws, and any changes will be clearly and adequately communicated to those involved.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DISPOSAL We store your Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, respecting legal and regulatory deadlines. After this period, the data is securely disposed of or anonymized, as appropriate.

6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights, in accordance with the LGPD: · Confirmation of the existence of processing; · Access to your data; · Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; · Anonymization, blocking, or elimination of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in noncompliance with the law; · Data portability; · Elimination of data processed based on consent; · Information about data sharing; · Revocation of consent; · Opposition to processing. We will respond to personal data subjects' requests in a simple format within 48 business hours, or in a complete format within 15 days.

7. INFORMATION SECURITY Einship implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or destruction. Appropriate safeguards are adopted to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data.

8.
